Minimalist Residence in Crete taking in Kommos beach views

The project concerns a villa with three guest houses and a swimming pool, in an olive grove at Kommos, South Crete.
The placement of the building is done so as to exploit the sea view.The central courtyard organizes the functions by creating a core with direct reference to every guest house.

In the main building are developed the living room, the kitchen and the dining area. The entrance of the house is placed on the northwest side with a stone path alongside a stone wall.Every guest room is seperate from the others, with its own private patio, bedroom and bathroom. The guest houses are connected with a patio that is in the centre of the building.The building material for the house is localstone. The pergola is made with steel beams.
